Cheshire Physiotherapy's Clinical Pilates combines the mind and body together during matwork exercise, engaging principles of good alignment and core stability control. We offer a creative, dynamic and fun workout which offers clients a flexible way to exercise under the safe guidance of a chartered physiotherapist trained to a high standard.

Classes at WWMCC are weekly on Monday evenings and Thursday evenings in the small hall.
