Height Restriction Barrier please note that our premises are protected by a height restriction barrier and WWMCC needs to be informed of any suppliers to your event that may be affected by this, of their delivery / arrival times in order that we may lift the barrier.

The Bar at the Centre is run by Woodford Bars. They will take care of all aspects of the bar during your event at WWMCC. They provide a full bar service with waiting staff if required. They have extensive wine, beer and spirit lists, all at reasonable prices. Bars can be provided outside if your event is either on the field or in a marquee. Should you have any queries or special requirements please contact them on 07979 558356 or email them. ALL alcohol sales go through this bar. we don’t mean to sound heavy handed but it’s only fair that you understand perfectly. before making a booking, what the situation is regarding the bar. In short, it’s very simple, as we have just said, all such sales at WWMCC go through this bar. The bringing in and consumption of your own alcohol is not permitted. This applies to caterers as well. It is not permitted for them to provide you with alcohol for your event. All arrangements regarding the provision of alcohol at your event must be made with Ian and Ben. Teenage Parties – Regrettably, after problems with difficult behaviour at such parties, The Woodford Centre is no longer available for parties for children aged between 14 years and 20 years. Parties for children up to the age of 13 years are welcome.

21sts are permitted only at the discretion of the management committee. If you wish to consider WWMCC for a 21st party please write to the Committee at the address on the contact page giving details of the proposed event. We need to know that the event will be adequately supervised by responsible adults who will be in attendance throughout the entire duration of the event and a refundable damage deposit will be required.
