A little time just for you and your baby…Looking for a lovely way to spend some special time with your baby while meeting other local parents?
Our Baby Massage Class at Woodford Community Centre is a relaxed, welcoming hour where you can learn baby massage strokes, practice them with your little one, and enjoy some precious one-to-one time together.
Each week, we focus on a different part of your baby’s body, while revisiting the strokes we’ve already learnt, and we will also cover the teething and colic sequences. There’s no rush and no pressure—just time to connect, learn and enjoy your baby.
And once the massage is finished, we put the kettle on!
Stay for a cuppa, a biscuit and a chat with other local parents. It’s a lovely opportunity to get to know people in your community and perhaps make some new friends along the way.
Weekly Friday mornnings Small Hall 10.30am – 11.30am and 11.30am – 12.30pm
There are occasions throughout the year when the regular classes cannot or do not take place due to other booking commitments / holidays etc. Please always check with the class organiser before just turning up and taking a chance that the class is taking place. Our hall availability calendar is here which will usually indicate whether the event is happening or otherwise. Thank you.
