The Large Hall

Our Large Hall holds 200 people and measures approx 50ft x 32ft. It has full stage facilities and an additional pleasant bar area and direct access to our terraced area and outside space.

It is absolutely ideal for parties, wedding receptions, and all manner of other celebratory events. It is used regularly by Woodford Players to stage their dramatic productions and theatre suppers. Woodford WI hold their monthly meetings in here as well as their supper evenings and it also plays host to a variety of other regular hirers.

The carpeted bar area which opens out onto a spacious terraced area that overlooks our glorious field can also be used to set up buffet service tables if required. The terraced area and field offer fabulous opportunities for a party / reception in a marquee on the field should you need to accommodate more guests that the main hall can hold. There is disabled access to the hall via the main entrance which is entirely separate from the small hall. The ladies and gents toilets are the large hall’s own and not available to hirers of the small hall.
